The
Theatre Group has grown rapidly since its first production in 1980
and has over the years developed an experienced team of backstage
crew, consisting of scenery, choreographers and costumes.
The
group year-on-year makes a profit on its stage shows, and all the
money raised is put back into the production fund.
ATV
Network - free of charge - has provided technical assistance and has
also produced the flyers, posters and tickets for the theatre shows.
Most performances are held at the Intimate Theatre, Palmers Green,
London. A stage where such names as Roger Moore, Noele Gordon and
Tony Blackburn have performed. Prior to ATV assisting with the
theatre group, the BBC had previously had some involvment with
supporting Protos.
